The tuition rate is based on a yearly fee which has been conveniently broken down into ten equal monthly payments (Sept-June), regardless of your start date. All 10 months are full payment months, regardless of holidays or number of classes in that month.

When a class is missed for any reason, including studio closure due to inclement weather, the student may make up that class on another day at your convenience.

All balances must be paid in full in order to perform in our annual recital.

Each month, payments are due by the first of the month. Payments can be made at any time through the Parent Portal. If paying cash or check, please view our office hours to drop at one of our studio locations.

If payment is not received by end of business hours on the 5th of the month, you will be charged a $10.00 late fee. There are no exceptions! Sickness, inclement weather, holiday, etc. are not valid exceptions for late payments.

All balances must be paid in full by June 6, 2025 in order to perform in our annual recital.

We accept cash, checks and money orders in studio. Checks can be made payable to CCSD. All major credit cards are accepted in the Parent Portal. You have the option to enroll in auto-pay, which will waive the credit card convenience fee.

We require you to keep a current credit or debit card on file. You acknowledge that you have provided your credit or debit card account information to us. You understand that you will incur fees and charges as a result of your receipt and use of Service. By giving us your credit or debit card account information, you authorize us to apply this method of payment. You further acknowledge that you are required to maintain current credit or debit card information with us and agree to notify us whenever there is a change in such information, such as a change in the card number or the expiration date.

All fees associated with dance are non-refundable. This includes registration fees, tuition, recital costumes etc.

There are NO REFUNDS! This includes reasons such as sickness, withdrawing from classes, missing class, studio closure etc. Although we do not give refunds, we do provide makeup times for classes missed.

Please notify the studio via email before the 1st of each month if your student decides to drop a class at info@ccsd-dance.com. Otherwise, you will be responsible for that month's fee.

There is a $45.00 charge for any returned check. The amount of the check and the additional $45.00 returned check fee must be paid in full by cash/money order. No checks or ACH will be accepted after Saturday, May 31, 2025. Cash or Credit only after this date.

A non-refundable costume deposit of $75 is due by November 15th. Partial payments may be made any time prior for your budgeting convenience. One costume is required per Recital dance.

Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment for our students. In accordance with this, we expect the following:

Students should be respectful to their teachers. This includes being attentive, being appreciative of corrections given, and working on applying them.

We do not accept bullying of any kind. We expect our students to be kind to one another. Disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Students should take pride in their abilities and hard work. We promote self-confidence and expect our students to always try their best.

All students need to be dressed in appropriate dance attire with hair pulled back. This is mandatory. There are NO tee-shirts, sweatpants and/or any other street attire permitted, as they obstruct the view of the body. Appropriate dance shoes must be worn. Please visit our Dance Styles page for a breakdown of attire and shoes. Dance shoes should not be worn outdoors. In consideration for all students, please practice good personal hygiene.

To respect the time of our teachers and staff members, we adhere to the following standards for drop off and pick up:

Students should not be dropped off more than 10 minutes before the start of their class. All students should be picked up immediately following the end of their class and no later than 10 minutes after their class ends. If you will be delayed, please contact your studio location.

I grant permission to use any photographs and/or videos taken of my dancer(s) for use in any or all publications, including web-based publications.

During inclement weather, please check our web site or call the studio one hour before your class time to see whether our studios are closed.

If you have any questions or concerns throughout the year, please do not hesitate to contact us. An appointment must be scheduled at the desk to discuss any issues with your child's teacher.

Students are responsible for their personal belongings. CCSD Dance Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
